There are three main solutions to this problem. The first is to use an official way to open a TTF file. For example, if you have a local version of Microsoft Office installed on your computer, you can use Word to open it.

The second solution is to use a file manager like Windows Explorer to open a TTF file by using the Open option and navigating to the file. How do I import a font into HTML?

Fonts are used in HTML to make the site and its content more readable. The font tag is used for this purpose. The font tag was deprecated in HTML 4 in favor of the CSS font tag. If using the font tag, you have to specify the font-size, font-family, and font-variant tags.

In CSS, one value is specified, followed by a star (*), and then the list of values. For example: font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;. #myFont{ font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; } You may also specify multiple fonts: #myFont{ font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; } In general, font tags are better in older browsers, while CSS fonts are better in newer ones.

The <link> tag is used to link to a font file from within an HTML document: <link href=”myfont.otf” rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css”> The browser will then apply the font.

Although there is a setting to turn off the default font, but that seems to be overriding any font I upload. So far I have tried .ttf and .otf but the default font seems to be a .ttf. I have tried uploading from various online fonts sites, but the wix editor doesn’t seem to recognise them.

I have uploaded the font to a plugin for photoshop, then used the fontbook feature, but still unable to see the font.
